This study aimed to analyse the relationship between perceived quality and sport drop-out. Our sampling was 1109 teenagers. The data collection method was the EPOD survey. For data analysis we used the statistical techniques of tables of contingency, average comparison, correlation and linear regression. The results showed that 40% of the teenagers dropped-out sport activities, the perceived quality was good, and the "sports coach" was the most valued, whilst the "sports facilities" obtained the worst classification. The results suggest a relationship between perceived quality and sport drop-out. The sports services which had obtained lower evaluations presented higher levels of drop-out.
