Computer and Information Science researchers are facing the challenge of providing web users with facilities for discovering and using web resources. This article deals with this subject by presenting metadata, Semantic Web and Automatic Categorization as techniques in which human abilities, such as indexing and describing resources, are applied in such a way that machines can make judgments to better help humans to discover and use web resources.Downloads
