As references for this reflection the text introduces the concept of health, as created by the World Health Organization (WHO), and the term Integralidade, as one of the action lines of the Brazilian legislation that created the Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS) and, to finish, it points out the relation of this with professional ethics.
