Knowledge Management is a topic and one of growing interest on researchers. As a means to address the reality of this matter, instruments for assessment have been proposed, although these instruments require validation to ensure their quality. In this sense, this research aims to promote the translation and content validation of the holistic knowledge management assessment instrument by Correa and others, from 2021, to assure quality in the translated version from Portuguese to English. The methodological procedures consist of translating the instrument's statements by a Ph.D. researcher, fluent in both languages and specialist in the subject, with support from the Google Translate and Grammarly tools. Afterward, the translation was evaluated by three Ph.D.s and experts in Knowledge Management, proficient in both languages, and validated using the Content Validity Coefficient method, considering the aspects of clarity, coherence, and translation. The results revealed that the scores of 0.98, 0.97, and 0.97 for the respective aspects grant the quality of the translated version. Thus, we expect that the translated instrument can be helpful for researchers who demand this version.
