Reflexos da implementação de uma renda básica universal no Sistema Punitivo Estatal

Abstract

Este trabalho busca analisar os possíveis reflexos da implementação da Renda Básica da Cidadania no Sistema Punitivo Estatal. Seja em relação a prevenção de atos classificados como crime, seja na repressão de tais atos, nos limites do capitalismo e para além dele. O debate sobre a implementação de uma renda básica universal ganha destaque no momento no qual o capitalismo passa por uma crise estrutural. A competição entre os capitalistas conduz a substituição da força de trabalho humana pela mecanização e automação. Eleva-se, dessa forma, o desemprego, na mesma medida em que se diminui o número de potenciais consumidores. A ideia de uma renda básica universal encontra eco em diversos países, dividindo opiniões. A partir de uma pesquisa bibliográfica, centrada na criminologia crítica, buscar-se-á, utilizando o método hipotético-dedutivo, analisar os reflexos da implementação da Renda Básica de Cidadania, no Sistema Punitivo Estatal. A conclusão é que a implementação da Renda Básica de Cidadania levará a redução consecutiva na prática de atos classificados como crime. Verifica-se, ainda, que há depender de mudanças legislativas, pode-se modificar, também, a forma de cumprimento de penas e a repressão estatal.

Title: Basic income of citizenship and criminal abolitionism: reflections of the implementation of a universal basic income in the state punitive system

Abstract: This work searches the possible reflects of the implementation of a citizenship basic income at the State Punitive System. Even related to the prevention of actions classified as a crime, even in repression of this acts. The debate about the implementation of a universal basic income gain a highlight in the moment when the capitalism goes through a structural crisis. The competition among the capitalists leads the human workforce replacement for the mechanization and automation. Therefore, increases the unemployment, in the same way that decreases the number of potential consumers. The idea of a universal basic income divides the opnions. One of the arguments presented for the implementation of the citzenship basic income is the consecutive decrease in the practice of acts classified as a crime. Verify that, depending on legislative change, may be modified, also, the way of penalty compliance and the state repression. Searching, therefore, to point concrete and feasible actions that can assist the end of prisons and all types of punishment.
