This study aims at identifying social work as an organization-oriented learning strategy, believing that this practice exposes individuals to complex situations that motivate the development of new social competences. Thus, it analyzes the issue of how to develop collaborators’ competences, seeking a greater organizational efficiency and taking into consideration that the discussion of social work as an informal learning strategy is still little dealt with in the enterprise environment.Downloads
