Ecossistema de inovação e teoria das trocas sociais: uma revisão da literatura
Abstract
Innovation ecosystem represents a series of actors that have partnerships and involvement to disseminate knowledge and technology. The theory of social exchanges is made up of elements that encourage people to think about the potential benefits and risks of their relationships. Given the gap in the literature referring to articles that relate the innovation ecosystem with the theory of social exchanges, the objective of the study was to analyze the scientific articles published on the innovation ecosystem related to the theory of social exchanges. The search for scientific articles published between 2013 and September 2022 in the Scopus database selected 50 studies in 36 scientific journals. The systematic literature review was carried out through bibliometric analysis and content analysis with the aid of the Iramuteq® software. The relationship between actors of an ecosystem through its professionals promotes interaction, trust, cooperation and collaboration (social exchanges) to provide an environment conducive to innovation. Cooperation for knowledge transfer and sharing is seen as an opportunity or support for new products and services. In this context, the manager will direct the necessary actions as a political agent of the actors of an innovation ecosystem.
