This article aims to discuss the creation of narratives in fire juggling performance, based on a case study of the show The Peacock. The importance of the limit variable of the instrument's risk logic is highlighted in the moments of conception, construction and manipulation of instruments and fire props, so that risk factors are reduced, increasing the safety of the artist and the public. As a result, it was identified that the work, which presented juggling acts together with fire props, followed a line of tension and relaxation, dialoguing with the theme of the event through a narrative.
