The objective of this essay is to problematize the healthy lifestyle technologies universe beyond the uses and implications in the individual dimension, revealing ethical-structural implications specific to the logic of platformization. The Actor-Network theory is used, in addition to concepts such as platformization and datafication to highlight a specific case of application of digital technology as an illustration of a broader movement. In the end, four resistance strategies are suggested for the area of Physical Education in the face of the hyperexposure of subjects using such applications.Downloads
