Abstract

This paper characterizes extensively the computational paradigm of tha mind from the point of view of computer transcendentallity as a technical device which provides a structuring matrix from which we conceive living beings, cognitive processes, and social universe. Based on this context of a philosophical and scientific culture impregnated by the computational matrix, we present the conceptual coordinates of one among many other alternative proposals to this paradigm: Santiago's thaory, acoording to self-organizing complex systems.
