Keywords:
Memory, Blogs, Memory in virtual environmentAbstract
The work deals with matters of virtual diaries or blogs, as a new possibility for the register of memory. Thus, it deals with themes related to information society, favoring and being favored by the dinamization of information and communication media, based on bibliographical research. It focuses themes such as information supply as a form of substituting “memory men”, that were present in societies deprived of writing, as the beginning of the construction of registered memory. A distinction between individual and collective memory is attempted. Results show that blogs are considered a communication tool used in virtual environment that can favor the valuation of information and memory in opposition to the stereotype of rapid obsolescence that characterizes virtual environments.Downloads
