Press, Power, Brazil after 1930Abstract
The text reflects on the central role of the media in Brazil, over all, after 1930, emphasizing the historical configuration of the major press in Rio de Janeiro in the second decade of the 20th century. At a first moment, it will try to show the importance of looking at the media from a historical perspective, in order to, at a second moment, reflect on the role of the press in Brazil after 1930. This text is part of an ampler reflection included in researches financed by FAPERJ and CNPq.Downloads
