O conflito entre a incriminação da tentativa de viajar, enquadrada na luta contra o terrorismo, e a liberdade de circulação de pessoas na União Europeia
Abstract
Pretendemos analisar a incriminação da tentativa de viajar como forma de a União Europeia combater o fenómeno do terrorismo praticado por foreign fighters e verificar se existe ou não um conflito entre aquela medida adoptada e a liberdade de circulação de pessoas na União Europeia.

Title: The conflict between the crimination of the attempt to travel – framed in the fight against terrorism – and the freedom of movement of persons in the European Union
Abstract: We intend to analyze the incrimination of the attempt to travel as a way for the European Union to combat the phenomenon of terrorism practiced by foreign fighters and to verify if there is or not a conflict between that measure and the free movement of persons in the European Union.
