AN ANALYSIS OF QUALITY OF RELATIONSHIP (QR) IN THE CHANNEL DISTRIBUTION OF BRAZILIAN APPLE IN THE PERSPECTIVE OF PRODUCERS

This study explored the construct Relationship Quality (RQ) considering three dimensions: Satisfaction, Trust, and, Relationship Commitment. Even more, it proposes antecedents and consequences constructs to RQ. The context verified was the Brazilian’s Apple Distribution Channel, concretely, the exchange relationships between growers and distributors’ companies in the grower’s view. The results of this study proved the associations proposed.
