This study explores the works presented in the Cyberculture Workgroup of Compós by studying their patterns of theme and coauthorship. The objective was to discover which themes were more frequently addressed and how the members of the group came together in coauthored works through the years. We seek, through a methodology that combines content analysis and network analysis, to verify and measure the themes and collaborations in the workgroup, as well as offer insights on the group’s scientific production and on its role as an inciter of coauthorship and collaboration among its researchers. As our main findings, we can point out two major emerging themes (digital culture and social networks on the Internet) and the low but growing presence of coauthorships in the group.Downloads
