Compartilhamento e remixagem: o dilema da apropriação de conteúdos no âmbito da cultura midiática digital

The creation, publication and distribution of intellectual property are practices that emerge as a phenomenon characteristic of the new digital media culture of the Internet. The aim of this paper is to reflect on the licensing of authorship and the breeding practices highlighted in the virtual reality of cyberspace. We address the phenomenon of piracy and the movements that emerge as an alternative to this practice of production and dissemination of content. Featuring the unauthorized appropriation of portions of existing works in order to develop new products, called remix. In this case, there is a possible tension between the culture industry and the remixers, since the last use the products without considering the cultural property rights. Analyzed, finally, the paradoxes of the network that pass the individual and the collective, the libertarian and merchandising, both possibly from a primary duality: the technique and content.Downloads
