The work is a theoretical reflection about the body in the condition of a semiotic event, from research developed in the Cyberevent Research Laboratory (LIC). Thus, the body is taken as a sign and an event that produce fundamental discourse in the constitution of identity and self. It also draws up a space that brings imbricated itself the possibilities of subjection of the individual or search for freedom. To be constructed in different media platforms, the body has its stepped semiotic powers.Downloads
