This paper addresses audiovisual collections in the context of teacher training in Argentina, in a context marked by neoliberal policies, dizzying technological changes and educational revisions; from a non-prescriptive didactic perspective, which gives a central place to teachers, the notions of curatorial teacher, didactic sensorium and situated collection are proposed. In this sense, three cores of postgraduate teaching are analysed: the conformation of common lexicons, film viewing in class as an aesthetic experience and the beginnings of feminist video-performances.
