From the speech at the Art/Education and interculturality table, at the International Meeting of Art/Education: enREDE research groups, in which I was invited to speak about aBarca project – arts training for young people, developed by Escola Porto Iracema das Artes, we seek to plot a first-person narrative contextualizing training in visual arts in a post-pandemic world, based on two experiences in the cities of Quixadá and Crato. We present each experience to develop thinking about the relevance of intercultural education in visual arts training in Art Education projects.
