Epistemology dialogic approach to Administrative Sciences

Abstract

The aim of this paper is to analyze and reflect on the epistemology of science administration in such a way it contributes to the development of researchers in schools of business administration. The paper examines recent trends in genetic epistemology, complexity and open. It advances the possibility of developing a more pluralistic epistemological paradigm, eclectic, interdisciplinary and synergistic under a new approach on dialogical epistemology.
