Entre lápis, cadernos e memórias: o memorial do Deutscher Hilfsverein ao Colégio Farroupilha - Between pencils, notebooks and memories: the Deutscher Hilfsverein Memorial to Colégio Farroupilha
Abstract
O presente estudo analisa e apresenta a implantação e a organização do acervo escolar do Colégio Farroupilha de Porto Alegre/RS, o Memorial Do Deutscher Hilfsverein, criado em 5 de junho de 2002, pela necessidade de preservar e divulgar a história da mantenedora, a Associação Beneficente e Educacional (ABE), fundada em 1858, e a escola para meninos fundada em 1886. Apresenta-se como um espaço museológico, pedagógico e de pesquisa, possibilitando a análise de diversos temas da História da Educação, a partir dos seus objetos e documentos, bem como analisar a trajetória de uma instituição de mais de 150 anos, configurando-se como um patrimônio cultural escolar da cidade de Porto Alegre e do estado do Rio Grande do Sul.
