Do popular ao cidadão ou a didática da cidadania
Abstract
Este artigo discute a contribuição de Condorcet para a elaboração de uma teoria da educação pública na modernidade. Através da análise dos conceitos que Condorcet apresenta em sua obra, se pode apreender um conjunto coerente de elementos sem os quais a compreensão dos fundamentos da educação pública se tornam problemáticos, ou mesmo impossível.

Cet article discute Ia contribution de Condorcet pour l'élaboration d'une tbéorie d l'éducation publique dans Ia modernité. À travers l'analise des conceptions que Condorcet présente dans son oeuvre, on peut dégager un ensemble cohérent d'éléments sans lequels Ia compréhension des fondements de l'éducation publique devient problématique, voire impossible.
