Tiempos familiares, tiempos escolares (trabajo infantil y asistencia escolar en España durante la segunda mitad del siglo XIX y el primer tercio del XX)

Neste texto analisam-se as relações entre escolarização, assistência escolar e trabalho infantil na Espanha na segunda metade do século XIX e primeiros anos do século XX, anos em que a idade escolar obrigatória, estabelecida em 1857 desde os 6 aos 9 anos, se ampliaria até os 12 anos em 1901 e aos 14 em 1923, e nos quais as cifras reais de escolarização e assistência às escolas refletem o não cumprimento do estabelecido graças, principalmente ao trabalho infantil. Assim mesmo, em relação com este último, se expõe o divórcio entre o legalmente fixado e a realidade a partir de relatórios, documentos e testemunhos autobiográficos da época. Em síntese, o artigo mostra as diferenças entre os ritmos, tempos e necessidades familiares e os escolares.

Resumen
En este texto se analizan las relaciones entre escolarización, asistencia escolar y trabajo infantil en la España de la segunda mitad del siglo XIX y primeros años del XX, unos años en los que la edad escolar obligatoria, establecida en 1857 desde los 6 a los 9 años, se ampliaría hasta los 12 años en 1901 y los 14 en 1923, y en los que las cifras reales de escolarización y asistencia alas escuelas reflejan el incumplimiento de lo establecido a causa, sobre todo, del trabajo infantil. Asimismo, en relación con este último, se expone el divorcio entre lo legalmente fijado y la realidad a partir de informes, documentos y testimonios autobiográficos de la época. En síntesis, el artículo muestra las diferencias entre los ritmos, tiempos y necesidades familiares y los escolares.
