O Centro de Recursos Humanos João Pinheiro e a implantação do currículo de 1º grau

O artigo apresenta a análise dos relatórios produzidos pelo Centro de Recursos Humanos João Pinheiro (CRHJP), que atuou na assessoria técnica aos estados brasileiros para a implantação da Lei n. 5.692/71, com ênfase no apoio para a construção dos currículos das escolas de 1º grau. CRHJP integrava o Departamento de Ensino Fundamental do MEC e deveria colaborar com as equipes técnicas estaduais no trabalho de elaboração e execução de seus planos para implantação da reforma do ensino. A partir das contribuições da História Cultural foram analisadas as estratégias para normatização da reforma, mas também as resistências e conflitos que ocorreram no processo de sua efetivação. Os resultados permitiram identificar uma tentativa de homogeneizar o processo de implantação da reforma e de institucionalização da escola de 1º grau. Por outro lado, os relatórios possibilitaram apreender também as resistências e problemas enfrentados pelas Equipes de Currículo estaduais.
