MOO Um ambiente de Multi- Usuarios na internet: O desafio do virtual

Abstract

The article is about the theme of the virtual, considering two perspective: (a) subjective, according to the constitution of the subject and (b) social, when it presents the MOO (Multi-user Object Oriented) as a virtual ambient of the multi-users interations in the internet. Four items lead the text: (1) to characterize the MOO and then, delineate an outline of the one of the MOOS which is operated in Brazil (the o CpdeeMOO); (2) to consider what the virtual is, according a subjective perspective; (3) to provide with elements that classity the MOO as a virtual ambient and, then, to present the arguments that situate it as a virtual society; (4) to consider the use of the MOO as ambient with educational purposes.
