This article aims to demonstrate that, through the gamification of its elements, stages, and principles, it is possible to facilitate learning, especially for students with cognitive disabilities that may impair logical reasoning and interpretation skills. The active methodology of gamification is presented as an opportunity for engagement that can lead to a state of flow. The concept of gamelingo from the educational video game Alfagame is discussed, highlighting how it contributes to a more engaging and effective learning experience.
