A(s) Metodologias Ativas offline e online na formação de professores para a Educação Profissional e Tecnológica
Active offline and online methodologies in teacher training for professional and technological education
Abstract
Educational spaces and teaching-learning methods are becoming more active and reactive in keeping with changes in the contemporary world, which has encouraged investigating whether the integration of digital educational resources and active methodologies can contribute to the training of students in Vocational and Technological Education (EPT), graduates and future education professionals. With a qualitative and quantitative approach and procedures based on action research, seven models of Active Methodologies for the Personalization of Learning (MAPAs) were developed and implemented, enabling proposals for offline and online activities through synchronous and asynchronous workshops. Data collection occurred through three questionnaires. The results and conclusions showed the relevance of the integration proposal as innovative possibilities in different contexts and educational spaces, as well as the importance of pedagogical intentionality when planning methodological strategies, aiming to contemplate both the curriculum and the needs and skills of students.
