On IETP's DOI prefix

The journal Informática na Educação: Teoria & Prática will soon resume the DOI numbering of approved articles, due to the change of prefix from UFRGS to Tikinet. As soon as the numbering release situation is resolved by our University, we intend to return to the old prefix.
