Música de fundo: um recurso tecnológico em ambiente de aprendizagem

Resumo

A atenção é um dos fatores indispensáveis para a aprendizagem. O objetivo desta pesquisa foi investigar o efeito da música de fundo na atenção. O estudo teve uma abordagem qualitativa e cunho bibliográfico, que emergiu de artigos científicos e livros, ainda uma pesquisa experimental, onde participantes realizaram uma tarefa, na condição de silêncio e com música de fundo. Esta prática ocorreu, a partir de recursos tecnológicos, como uma Smart TV, conectada à Internet, com acesso à lista de reprodução de vídeos do YouTube, que proporcionaram funcionalidade na audição em grupo. A análise indicou maior quantidade de acertos, quando realizada a tarefa na presença da música de fundo, no entanto, sugere-se em estudos futuros aumentar o número de participantes, pois o teste de correlação não apresentou resultados significativos. Percebe-se que a música de fundo demonstrou ter potencial para melhorar o desempenho da atenção.
