Resumo

Entender a motivação dos alunos nos processos de aprendizagem, já é complicado de se alcançar em ambientes presenciais, em ambientes de aprendizagem colaborativa apoiada por computador se torna ainda mais complexo. Os modelos de análise de conteúdo na aprendizagem colaborativa apoiada por computador disponíveis na literatura, em sua maioria, não demonstram preocupação em avaliar aspectos emocionais nos processos de aprendizagem, atentando-se apenas a qualificar a dimensão cognitiva e por vezes a social. Neste trabalho é proposto um modelo de análise de conteúdo para medir a qualidade das comunicações em ambientes virtuais abarcando as dimensões cognitiva, social e emocional. Para a criação das categorias a serem mensuradas, foram consideradas diversas teorias e trabalhos científicos anteriores. Na seção 5 é apresentado exemplo de utilização do modelo proposto em uma dinâmica aplicada em turmas de curso de computação de nível médio e superior. Através da utilização do modelo pode-se medir a qualidade das interações.

Doutoranda em Ciência da Computação pelo Instituto de Informática da UFG, Professora no Instituto Federal de Goiás – Campus Formosa, Mestre em Engenharia Elétrica e da Computação pela UFG, Tecnóloga em Redes de Comunicação pelo IFG, Especialista em Segurança de Redes de Computadores pelo SENAI/FATESG.

Deller James Ferreira, Universidade Federal de Goiás

Bacharel em Matemática pela Universidade Federal Fluminense (1987), Mestre em Sistemas e Computação pelo Instituto Militar de Engenharia (1990) e Doutora em Educação pela UnB (2008). Pós-doutorado na Universidade de Exeter (2010). É professora-associada do Instituto de Informática da Universidade Federal de Goiás. Atua nas áreas aprendizagem colaborativa e criativa mediada pelo computador, ensino de computação e interação humano-computador.
