The concept of journalistic fact was compared to the concept of social fact, attempting to broaden the discussion about the nature and properties of the journalistic fact. After that, some aspects related to the facts that appear in journalistic reports were analysed. Finally, hypotheses were formulated which may bring forth new reflections about the relationship between journalistic facts and social facts.Downloads
