Abstract

This paper is a descriptive research about the contributions of the movement Nós Podemos Paraná (We Can, Paraná) for the creation and sharing of knowledge. From documentary survey, the methodology of the Movement,the role and the importance of each of its structures are described: Core Articulator, Dialog’s Circles, Knowledge’s Circles, Core Workplaces and Projects Group. Analyzes Dialog’s circle and Knowledge’s Circles in addition of the constitution and characteristics of Cores Workplaces, pointing out the barriers to knowledge sharing and their potential as a community of practice. Concludes that the studied core can be considered as a community of practice, in maturity phase and its members commit themselves, creating and developing common projects, renewing interests, commitment and relationship, and for their positive results , turning the project into a regional reference.

Isabela Drago, Universidade Federal do Paraná

Graduação em Gestão da Informação pela UFPR (2004), Especialização em Gestão do Conhecimento nas Organizações pela UTFPR (2007) e Mestrado em Ciência, Gestão e Tecnologia da Informação pela UFPR (2011), dissertação desenvolvida na linha de Gestão do Conhecimento. Atua como Gestora da Informação no Observatório Regional Base de Indicadores de Sustentabilidade (ORBIS), projeto apoiado pelo Serviço Social da Indústria (SESI PR); experiência em pesquisa, desenvolvimento de ontologias, elaboração de leituras municipais e relatórios técnicos, mapeamento do fluxo de informações de instituições públicas e privadas; proposta de políticas de acesso e de relacionamento entre as informações; definição de diretrizes para dinamizar fluxo informacional e identificação de necessidades informacionais. Tutora do curso a distância "Indicadores para avaliar e monitorar políticas, programas e projetos", do SESI PR.

Helena Fátima Nunes Silva, UNIVERSIDADE FEDERAL DO PARANÁ - UFPR

É bacharel em Biblioteconomia pela Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (1978), mestre em Educação pela Universidade Federal do Paraná (1996) e doutora em Engenharia de Produção pela Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (2004). Atua como professora dos cursos de Graduação em Gestão da Informação e de Mestrado em Ciência, Gestão e Tecnologia da Informação, da Universidade Federal do Paraná há 24 anos. Chefiou o Departamento de Ciência e Gestão da Informação UFPR por 8 anos. Atualmente, coordena o Curso de Graduação em Gestão da Informação.

Karoline Aparecida Scroch Sato, Universidade Federal do Paraná - UFPR

Mestre em Ciência, Gestão e Tecnologia da Informação pela Universidade Federal do Paraná (2010). Possui especialização em Gestão do Conhecimento nas Organizações pela Universidade Tecnológica Federal do Paraná. Possui graduação em Gestão da Informação pela Universidade Federal do Paraná (2006). Atuou com gestão de projetos na Federação das Indústrias do Estado do Paraná. Atualmente é assistente no Banco do Brasil na área de licitações. Tem experiência na área de pesquisa e monitoramento de informações.
