ETHNIC AND COMPANY: A TO BE RETHINK RELATION

Abstract

The biggest challenge for companies is to get to a satisfactory level of employee involvement. Motivations of many politics are implemented throughout the year and consume a considerable amount of financial resources, but not always achieve the results planned. In order to discuss the symbolic references of individuals and the importance of their responsibilities in the decisions that guide the daily life of the worker, it was proposed to operate with the concepts of engagement and motivation, saying the theoretical confusion between the names of race and ethnicity. Our studies were based in science that focuses on the man made culturally. The broader contours based on the assumption that ethnicity is crucial in many of our decisions and so it was a strategy to facilitate the planning-management person, against the backdrop of the ethnic-cultural references and the transformation of an organizational culture that may trigger a process of engagement of the employee.
