Resumo

This exploratory-descriptive research used the systematic literature review method to examine the current state of Cyberbullying detection using Artificial Intelligence. We analyzed 34 papers from 6 databases, highlighting techniques, algorithms and datasets that have been used, along with practical applications developed in the last five years. Additionally, we identified research gaps and opportunities to propose mitigating measures against cyberbullying in Brazilian primary and secondary school environments, as well as the development of a browser extension to detect and notify the writing of potentially offensive messages.
