Sistema de Avaliação de Desempenho e Inovação
uma revisão de literatura
Abstract
In a highly competitive scenario, innovation has stood out as a favorable element for organizational performance. Organizations have been seeking a balance between innovation and control to ensure that controls do not interfere with the ability to innovate and become allied mechanisms. In this perspective, the literature on performance evaluation has been concerned with finding ways to measure innovation, however few organizations have an effective system to measure it. The objective of this paper is to synthesize the literature on Performance Evaluation Systems and Innovation, to trace the evolution of the theme based on the theoretical contribution of the literature, and to build the literature map that represents the knowledge on this theme. This is a qualitative research of systematic literature review, which resulted in a Bibliographic Portfolio composed of 22 articles. The results point out that incompleteness of innovation metrics is the most recurrent flaw. Considering the life cycle of performance measurement, the results point out that the literature is not analyzing the complete cycle, since no study has investigated feedback from SAD. This research contributes by presenting a synthesis of the literature segregated by product, process, service, organizational, and marketing innovations.
