NEW TRENDS IN THE FIELD OF HUMAN RESOURCES OF ORGANIZATIONS IN THE PERSPECTIVE OF EXPLANATORY APPROACHES AND STRATEGIC STRUCTURAL CHANGES

This article not only treats the questions related to the new tendencies in human resources organizations, but sheds an explanatory light from them under two different points of view often used in the organizational analysis. Structural and strategic perspectives are presented with an analytical relationship in which their respective theories are used as parameters for justifying the new tendencies of the area of human resources of the organizations. Thus, general and specific characteristics of the new tendencies are presented in order to group, for future reflection, the processes of change and innovation that are occurring in the human resources field. It also presents some considerations on the theoretical studies geared toward “structure” and “ strategy” themes in order to facilitating a better comprehension of analysis within the intrinsic and relational levels. So, it attempts to clarify that all the analytical understanding of the resources changes may reflect different meanings when interpreted under different focuses.Downloads
