The interdisciplinarity of the managemental subjects and the possibility to develop them in an integrated form promoted the creation of the present paper analyzed conflicts and negotiations in the environment of Business Education, having as base the game carried through a strictu-sensu post-graduation course in 2005. The paper was supported by means of an exploratory research, which made a theoretical survey about the subjects: negotiation, conflicts, business games and decisions, followed by a primary data-collecting based in the application of a questionnaire. The results indicated that the environment of business education created in the game is propitious to development and improvement of the negotiation capacity and solution of conflicts, providing simulated situations and stimulating the learning trough practical experience.
