WORK LIFE QUALITY: A MATTER OF SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

This is a theoretical-empirist study whose objective is to analyze the use of leisure as a technology capable of contributing to the improvement of the programs of work quality of life, by focusing on leisure activities as performed by the lecturers of the CEFET/CE, and the way such leisure activities are assessed. This study employed a sample of 63 lecturers of the aforementioned institution, by using Sphinx software for the presentation, analysis and discussion of the main results, on the base of the theoretical background presented. The results show that leisure activities in CEFET/CE are very useful in improving work quality of life of its lecturers and as a consequence of this; they directly benefit the institution itself. Also, leisure, as relevant aspect in the quality of live at work can be very useful to CEFET/CE management board by helping it to plan effective actions of Corporate Social Responsibility -CSR.Downloads
