SERASA: HOW TO MOTIVATE A WINNING TEAM?
Keywords:
Service climate, human development systemAbstract
In early 2007, Serasa, a Brazilian company which provides information for credit decisions, amassed a number of awards and recognitions for its performance. In recent years the company has invested heavily in the four elements of its management system (data network for management, customer management system, Serasa shared values, and the human development system), thus fostering a service climate geared for services quality provision. The company believes that the conditions it has created for its employees are the key elements to the quality of its services. Therefore, it now celebrates both economic and non-economic results it has achieved in recent years. The main challenge for its managers is to maintain employees' motivation after so many achievements.Downloads
