THE HUMAN RESOURCE ARCHITECTURE IN THE WINERIES IN THE SÃO FRANCISCO VALLEY

The aim of this study is to investigate how the model of human resource architecture is presented in the wineries Miolo and Vinibrasil located in the region of the São Francisco Valley from the perception of the main manager and area managers. The HR architecture is a model that distinguishes the work force by mode of employment, employment relationship and configuration of HR in the dimensions of value and uniqueness of human capital. The study was conducted from a qualitative approach through case study, in-depht interview and the interpretation of data using content analysis. The finding of the study indicated a fragile HR architecture in both wineries with no strategic intentions due to the lack of structuring of the Human Resources Department and dependent on factors that were not present in the model of HR architecture model of HR, such as the influence of labor laws, lack of skilled employees and the philosophy of the companies in the segment of wines, which can influence the constitution of the workforce.
