This visual essay carries fragments of lessons, actions, and journeys developed in public schools in the southern region of Brazil, more precisely in the cities of Capão do Leão (RS) and Canguçu (RS). The images evoke the everyday life of art classes conducted with students in the final years of elementary education, during the period spanning from 2021 to 2023, considering the post-pandemic context, aiming for a (re)discovery of inhabiting the physical space of the school. In this way, I seek to trace a visual narrative of numerous dynamics that occurred during this period, portraying processes that permeated various artistic expressions, as well as discoveries, experiments, and emotions, developed both individually and collectively, in favor of a sensitive daily life. The experience, in this manner, was privileged, in order to bring art closer to life itself.
