Abstract

As Freud admonished: “[...] a school should get more than not compel students to suicide, it mustgive them the desire to live”. But how to do it effectively? How not to feel impotent against another who demands to learn? How to restrain the jouissance of the capital or the tyranny of scientism of the teaching manuals? We have to consent the uncertainties and ambivalences inherent to the mannerto educate or subvert the will of ignorance of the other without abandonit, doing therefore his desire to live well. Based on the concepts of impotence, impossibility and of the theory of speech, we will introduce the issues that we discuss in this article.

Marcelo Ricardo Pereira, Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, Belo Horizonte, Brasil

É professor da UFMG e coordena a Linha/Área: Psicologia, Psicanálise e Educação, do Programa de Pós-Graduação/FaE. É pesquisador do CNPq e PPM/FAPEMIG e integrante do LAPED e PRODOC (UFMG), do LEPSI (USP) e do GT Psicanálise, Infância e Educação (ANPEPP). É professor visitante dos cursos Psicoanálisis y Prácticas Socio-Educativas (FLACSO, Argentina), Educación y Psicoanálisis (UNMdP) e representa a UFMG junto à Red Interuniversitaria INFEIES (A.Latina e Espanha). Participa de Projeto de pesquisa sobre: psicanálise, subjetividade, adolescência, professor e a orientação clínica para o mal-estar, sintoma e impasses na transmissão. Intensa participação em congressos com vários trabalhos apresentados, resumos publicados em anais, participação em dissertações e teses, assim como vários trabalhos e produções técnicas.
