DEMOCRACIA PROCESSUAL OU PARTICIPATIVA: A VISÃO DO PSDB E PT NA CÂMARA DOS DEPUTADOS DO BRASIL

Abstract

The present article intends to identifiy the democratic thoughts - the ones that emphasize on the process and the ones that seem to be connected with participation, in other words, the Processual or Participative Democracy - in the speeches of the PT and PSDB party legislators in the years of 1998, 1999, 2002 and 2003. To achieve such goal, all the speeches made in congress, whitin this time frame, that had the subject of democracy, were analyzed. Doing so, it was possible to identyfy the elements that appeared more often concerning the subject of democracy, said by deputies of two of the most important parties after the redemocratization.
