This edition is associated with the CNPq/MCTI Universal project n.º 10/2023 (process: 402086/2023-6) and presents research reports and articles developed in these projects. The research proposes an approach for creating Conceptual Models (CM) that facilitates understanding for analysts and non-expert end users. The approach, called grounded abstraction matching, translates natural language into MC more accurately and rigorously to ensure the model is anchored in reality. Applications in the domain of smart university campuses are essential today, where hybrid environments, supported by technology, support work and study.
