Abstract
ResumoO conhecimento em Desenho, que chegou aos alunos das escolas primárias públicas brasileiras no final do século XIX, foi analisado através do livro de Desenho de Abílio César Borges, o Barão de Macaúbas. A obra, como suporte de memória, preservou o processo de construção do conhecimento acadêmico, o processo de transposição do saber científico, do professor/autor, ao saber escolar e, ao materializá-lo em suas páginas, socializou as ações didáticas do educador e os conteúdos selecionados. O livro "Desenho linear de elementos de Geometria prática popular: seguido de lições de agrimensura, stereometria e architectura" - "Primeira Parte", editado em 1882, representa a segunda edição compilada da primeira versão publicada em 1878. A primeira se destinava às escolas primárias, normais, liceus, colégios, cursos de adultos, artistas e operários da indústria. A segunda representa o substrato da primeira, destinada às escolas primárias do Império brasileiro.

THE KNOWLEDGE ABOUT DRAWING IN THE BRAZILIAN IMPERIALIST PRIMARY SCHOOLS: ABÍLIO CÉSAR BORGES'S DRAWING BOOK
Abstract
The knowledge in Drawing, that arrived at the pupils of the primary schools public Brazilians, in the ending of century XIX, was analyzed through the book of Drawing of Abílio Cesar Borges, the Baron of Macaúbas. The workmanship, as memory support, preserved the process of construction of the academic knowledge, the process of transposition of knowing scientific to knowing school, when materializing it in your pages, socialized the didactic actions of the educator and the selected contents to be taught. The book "linear Drawing of elements of popular practical Geometry: followed of lessons of agrimensura, stereometry and architecture" - "First Part", edited in 1882, represents the second compiled edition of the first version published in 1878. The first destined to the primary and normal schools, secondary school and colleges, the courses of adults and for artists and laborers of any branch of the industry. The second represents the substratum of the first workmanship, destined only to the primary schools of the Brazilian Empire.

EL CONOCIMIENTO EN DIBUJO DE LAS ESCUELAS PRIMARIAS IMPERIALES BRASILEÑAS: EL LIBRO DE DIBUJO DE ABÍLIO CÉSAR BORGES
Resumen
El conocimiento en Dibujo, que llegó a los alumnos de las escuelas primarias públicas brasileñas en el final del siglo XIX, fue analizado a través del libro de Dibujo de Abílio César Borges, el Barón de Macaúbas. La obra, como soporte de memoria, preservó el proceso de construcción del conocimiento académico, el proceso de transposición del saber científico, del profesor/autor, al saber escolar y, al materializarlo en sus páginas, socializó las acciones didácticas del educador y los contenidos seleccionados. El libro "Dibujo linear de elementos de Geometría práctica popular: seguido de lecciones de agrimensura, estereometría y arquitectura" - "Primera Parte", editado en 1882, representa la segunda edición compilada de la primera versión publicada en 1878. La primera se destinaba a las escuelas primarias, normales, liceos, colegios, cursos de adultos, artistas y operarios de la industria. La segunda representa el substrato de la primera, destinada a las escuelas primarias del Imperio brasileño.
