Educação, ética e cidadania na obra de Martim Lutero: contribuições protestantes para a história da educação numa aproximação com Paulo Freire

O presente texto faz uma leitura interpretativa sobre as concepções de educação, ética e
cidadania na obra de Martim Lutero. Dos seus principais escritos sobre educação buscamos elucidar os conceitos de educação, ética e cidadania e as inter-relações entre seus significados. Neste contexto nossa pesquisa se constitui numa contribuição para a História da Educação e para uma ressignificação da reflexão atual sobre ética e cidadania e seus vínculos com a educação, principalmente, a partir das origens do protestantismo histórico.

Abstract
The following text shows an interpretative reading about the educational, ethical and citizenship conceptions in Martim Lutero´s work. It was supposed, in some of his most important writings about education, to unravel the educational, ethical and citizenship concepts, besides the inter-relations among their meanings. In this context, this research is build up in a contribution to the Educational History and also to give a new meaning to the current reflection about ethics and citizenship and their relations with the education, especially, from the origins of the historical protestantism.
