Abstract
Resumo
Nos últimos 80 anos o mundo passou por várias mudanças, tanto nas ciências quanto no modo de pensar da sociedade, o que repercutiu no currículo e na estrutura pedagógica dos cursos de formação superior. O objetivo deste estudo foi realizar uma reflexão a respeito da evolução histórica curricular e das reformas educacionais ocorridas na graduação dos profissionais da área da saúde. Conclui-se que a adoção de um novo conceito de currículo envolve mudança no processo de ensino-aprendizagem e adequação do perfil profissional, a fim de atender às reais necessidades da sociedade e do mercado de trabalho.

CURRICULAR HISTORY GRADUATE COURSES OF THE HEALTH AREA
Abstract
During the past 80 years the world has passed through many changes, in science as well as in the way society thinks, which has affected the curriculum and the pedagogical structure of the graduate courses. The objective of this study was to ponder the historical curricular evolution and the educational reforms that occurred in the graduation of the health area professionals. We concluded that the adoption of a new concept of curriculum involves changes in the teaching-learning process and adjustment of the professional profile, in order to satisfy the real needs of society and the labor market.

HISTORIA CURRICULAR DE LOS CURSOS DE GRADUACIÓN DE EL ÁREA DE LA SALUD
Resumen
En los últimos 80 años el mundo pasó por varias mudanzas, tanto en las ciencias cuanto en el modo de pensar de la sociedad, lo que repercutió en el currículo y en la estructura pedagógica de los cursos de formación superior. El objetivo de este estudio fue realizar una reflexión a respecto de la evolución histórica curricular y de las reformas educacionales ocurridas en la graduación de los profesionales del área del la salud. Se concluye que la adopción de un nuevo concepto de currículo envuelve mudanza en el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje y adecuación del perfil profesional, con la finalidad de atender las reales necesidades de la sociedad y del mercado de trabajo.

HISTOIRE DES CURSUS DES GRADES UNIVERSITAIRES DANS LE DOMAINE DE LA SANTÉ
Résumé
Dans les quatre-vingts dernières années, le monde a subi plusieurs changements aussi bien dans le champ scientifique que dans les modes de pensée de la société, ce qui s'est répercuté sur les cursus et la structure pédagogique des cours de formation supérieure. Le but de cette étude est de réfléchir sur l'évolution historique des cursus et sur les réformes éducationnelles dans les grades universitaires qui appartiennent au domaine de la santé. L'on peut conclure que l'adoption d'un nouveau modèle de cursus exige des changements dans le processus d'enseignement-apprentissage et l'adéquation entre le profil professionnel et les nécessités de la société et du marché de travail.
