Apoio matricial: cartografando seus efeitos na rede de cuidados e no processo de desinstitucionalização da loucura

O artigo relata a experiência dos encontros de matriciamento realizados no município de Cariacica-ES. Nesses encontros, buscou-se conhecer efeitos e contribuições que a interlocução da Saúde Mental com a Atenção Básica pode proporcionar no fortalecimento da rede de cuidados e no processo de desinstitucionalização da loucura. Optamos pela cartografia, para acompanhar os movimentos de transformação da paisagem psicossocial, que foi sendo desenhada através dos encontros de matriciamento. Utilizamos diário de campo como uma ferramenta metodológica que proporcionou a linguagem desses movimentos, priorizando análise dos afetos, buscando criar estratégias que contribuam para uma nova forma de acolher a loucura. Identificamos que o Apoio Matricial pode ser um dispositivo importante quando possibilita a criação de brechas, capazes de proporcionar uma abertura para a experimentação de novas formas de viver, de trabalhar, de se relacionar, enfim, de se encontrar.Downloads
