Representação do conhecimento por meio de knowledge graph: aplicação e categorização no domínio educacional

Resumo

Este estudo tem como objetivo investigar quais são as aplicações de Knowledge Graph (KG) no domínio educacional, bem como identificar as características dos KGs gerados nas soluções de ensino aos quais foram aplicados. Como procedimentos metodológicos utilizou-se uma revisão narrativa, com busca estruturada, que analisou três bases de pesquisa: Scopus, Web of Science e IEEE Xplore. Ao todo foram identificadas 71 publicações, que após serem submetidas a critérios de inclusão e exclusão alcançaram um quantitativo de 29 pesquisas elegíveis para análise em profundidade. Como resultados, foram propostas duas categorizações, a primeira colabora para a análise e identificação das etapas de construção e implementação de uma arquitetura básica de KG. Já a segunda, combina as finalidades e objetivos dos KGs evidenciando as características e aplicações destes no contexto de ensino.
