Abstract

This article has the purpose of analyzing the process of foreign policy formulation and the Brazilian military regime ruling.
The goal is to identify the participation of diverse groups of domestic interests in this process, and at the same time show the different orientations of foreign policy adopted by each of the governments of the period.
